Appena arrivati a Plassa tenere sempre la DX in salita fino alla fine della strada (parcheggio 1200 metri s.l.m.). La salita è abbastanza impegnativa, il primo tratto molto ripido su asfalto e poi una bella carreccia. Seguire sempre la carrecia principale, ignorando i bivi e seguendo per il Rifugio Calvi. Oltrepassata la diga del lago di Fregabolgia in breve siamo al Rifugio Calvi (1 h 30 min circa). Ora il sentiero diventa pedalabile.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.antonioferrari.net/percorsi/valcava05.jpg" width="267" height="200" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6- Oltrepassata la Cà Fontana Granda (acqua) al primo bivio salire a SX abbandonando le frecce arancioni e seguire i bolli gialli. Ancora un ultimo breve tratto a spinta e la salita finisce su un piccolo pianoro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.antonioferrari.net/percorsi/valcava06.jpg" width="267" height="200" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La discesa si effettua sul versante opposto, la valle che avete davanti è la Valcava e termina a Pregalleno (San Pellegrino).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.antonioferrari.net/percorsi/valcava06a.jpg" width="267" height="200" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7- Imboccare lo stretto sentiero che scende. Più avanti, dopo essere entrati nel bosco al primo bivio piegare a SX.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.antonioferrari.net/percorsi/valcava07.jpg" width="267" height="200" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.antonioferrari.net/percorsi/valcava07a.jpg" width="267" height="200" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8- Al lavatoio svoltare a DX in discesa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.antonioferrari.net/percorsi/valcava08.jpg" width="267" height="200" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;9- Prima della casa piegare a SX (altro lavatoio). Ora dobbiamo scendere dal versante opposto sul sentiero di SX, un breve tratto in salita, si passa sotto una baita&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.antonioferrari.net/percorsi/scrocespino/scrocespino011.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;11:poi si scende fino a giungere in località Fenii, piegare a DX scendere e subito prendere il sentiero in piano a DX.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.antonioferrari.net/percorsi/scrocespino/scrocespino012.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;12:Seguire il sentiero, passare la Ca Fontana Granda (acqua), tenere la DX&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.antonioferrari.net/percorsi/scrocespino/scrocespino013.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;13:Tenere la DX e proseguire fino ad un piccolissimo pianoro poco sotto ad una casa; piegare leggermente a DX e proseguire sul sentiero in discesa davanti a voi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.antonioferrari.net/percorsi/scrocespino/scrocespino016.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;14:Giunti al capanno salire a DX sulla linea taglia fuoco. Qui inizia il bello!!!!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.antonioferrari.net/percorsi/scrocespino/scrocespino017.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;15:Si scende, alla fine della prima discesa piegare a SX nel piccolo sentiero&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.antonioferrari.net/percorsi/scrocespino/scrocespino018.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;16:proseguire sempre in discesa ignorando i bivi fino a Pregaroldi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.antonioferrari.net/percorsi/scrocespino/scrocespino019.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;17:Proseguire dritti su asfalto in discesa, prendere il sentiero a DX subito dopo la santella (acqua), proseguire fino ad una casa, qui fare molta attenzione perché il sentiero non è molto visibile, entra nel bosco all’inizio della casa sulla DX.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.antonioferrari.net/percorsi/scrocespino/scrocespino020.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;18:Prima scende poi sale  leggermente a scende ancora,  all’incrocio proseguire dritti, dopo un tratto di prato scendere lungo la strada. Ora siamo a Spino Al Brembo,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.antonioferrari.net/percorsi/scrocespino/scrocespino021.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;19:Tenere la SX e scendere. Prima della chiese girare a DX sempre su asfalto. Alla fine della strada imboccare il sentiero che inizia dietro la casa dritto davanti a voi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://www.antonioferrari.net/percorsi/scrocespino/scrocespino022.jpg" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;20:Mantenere la DX ai due bivi e dopo una breve salita scendere lungo la valle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;21:Ora prendere la pista ciclabile SX fino a ritornare ad Ambra.
